The Peak East Bound Delay so far today is

Objective
Predict the peak, East bound traffic delay on the I70 corridor this coming Sunday, March 14, between 3:00pm and 8:00pm.
The guess closest to when the actual peak delay occurs, wins!
For example, last week the peak delay on Sunday was 119 minutes and occurred at 6:46 pm.

How to Play
Post a tweet to @goi70 anytime before 3:00 pm Sunday, March 14. Include your estimate of the peak delay and when you think the peak will occur.

The Rules

The contest begins on Friday March, 12 at 6:00 am. (mst)

Guess up to 3 times

Your last message posted before 3:00 pm Sunday, March 14, will be your official entry in the contest.

The person who most closely predicts when the peak delay occurs will be the winner (for example, 4:30 pm). Ties will be broken based on who most accurately predicts the duration of the peak delay (for example, 150 minutes). If needed to break multiple ties, the winner will be the entry with the earliest final entry time stamp.

GoI70 will use the two minute delay computed from the CDOT traffic speed data for the I70 corridor from Vail to Morrison as the actual delay. Highway segments with no reported information will be estimated as having no delay.

The winners will be notified via direct Twitter message or email and will have 24 hours to claim their prizes.

In order to claim a prize, you must be 18 years old or have a parent or guardian claim your prize for you.

The notified winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, an acknowledgment of the terms of use policy, a waiver of liability and a publicity release within 48 hours of receiving them from GoI70. (Sounds like a lot of paperwork, but it is only about 6 sentences long.)

If the prize is not claimed, GoI70 will continue down the list of most accurate predictions until we find a winner.
