GoI70 Jackrabbits

GoI70 is looking for Jackrabbits. Jackrabbits are the heart of the GoI70 social network.

Jackrabbits regularly post Messages about travel conditions along I-70 to our Twitter-based social network. There is a detailed description of the social network and its many features here. Or, you can just jump in and start posting.

Jackrabbit Tracks

A second type of Jackrabbit provides important gps tracking information which we will use to build GoI70’s picture of traffic on the highway.  You can help us make Rabbit Tracks if you have an iPhone or Android phone.     my gps key is shorter than 19 chars…

    The shorter number is your Device key. You need to generate the API key and use that number. See Instamapper Steps 2.3 & 2.4

  • Great instructions, I had no problem following them.

    For greater adoption rates, perhaps a screencast or a guide with more guided screenshots would be useful? I’m sure you’ve thought of this already but if you’d like any help please let me know.

    Thank you Devin. Yes we have thought of it and we’ve been so focused on the app itself we haven’t jumped into making it easier to understand. Now is the time to do that and we’d appreciate any help and any ideas you have. This is also, of course, a shout out to the community to pitch in.
