CDOT Launches New Travel Alerts
CDOT has rolled out its new Travel Alerts system that allows users to customize the alerts they receive by day of week, time of day, and specific highway/interstates. New users will need to set up an account. Those already signed up to receive CDOT’s email and text alerts through the previous system will need to reactivate their account.
New Users: Sign up for email or text alerts at travelalerts.codot.us
Returning Users: If you already have an account to receive CDOT texts and emails, you must reactivate your account. Go to 511.cotrip.org, click the "Sign In" at upper right. Select "Forgot Password" then enter the email address you used to sign up for alerts in the past. You will be prompted to reset your password, and can then activate this new Travel Alerts system.
You can find helpful videos on getting set up at travelalerts.codot.us . (Please note that Travel Alerts is a CDOT information system, not a program of the I-70 Coalition or GoI70.com. Contact CDOT for more information and for technical support.)
