Weekend Travel Forecast
It’s hard to forecast traffic for this weekend as it is highly unusual to have such good early season ski conditions!  How many Front Range folks are chomping at the bit to ski?  The weather should be mild until Sunday afternoon, when there is a 70% chance of snow throughout the I-70 mountain corridor.

Friday WB:  No congestion-related delays are anticipated but there might be some thick traffic from 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Saturday WB:  If volumes are high enough to cause slowing, it will occur between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Saturday EB: No congestion-related delays are anticipated.

Sunday EB: Although there might be a moderate volume of cars on the road from Noon-4:00 p.m., weather will likely play a larger role in travel.  Be prepared for winter driving and slower speeds.
