For the next few weeks, CDOT will be conducting a survey of I-70 Mountain Corridor travelers. The purpose of this survey is to understand drivers’ travel patterns and preferences when using the Corridor. If you’ve used this part of I-70 in the last 9 months, we want to hear from you!

This surveying process is part of ongoing efforts to inform and evaluate plans for I-70 improvements at Floyd Hill - one of the Mountain Corridor's most congested stretches due to its steep and windy nature. Initially outlined as a target area in the Corridor's, 2011 Record of Decision, CDOT in 2016, conducted a Concept Development Process, which started the earliest stages of a planning process for the shared vision of Floyd Hill's future. Current iterations of the project are expected to cost around $600 million, and it is among CDOT's highest priority statewide, and the highest priority on the I-70 Mountain Corridor.
If you have any questions about the survey, please email i70survey@rsgsurvey.com.
