CARPOOL PARKING
Dinosaur Lots in Golden
The Dinosaur Lots are an ideal place to begin and end a carpool. Located at the Morrison exit (#259) and I-70, on the west side of Denver. (ADDRESS FOR MAPPING: 18560 US Hwy 40, Golden CO 80401). Overnight parking IS allowed.
There are three separate lots. The Woolly Mammoth is the large, newer lot and has plenty of lighting. Woolly Mammoth Lot with 918 spots is where most skiers tend to meet up. The T-Rex Lot has 156 spots and the Stegosaurus has 117 spots. The T-Rex has no lighting at all so is not ideal for nighttime use. There are occasional car break-ins so be aware of what you leave in your car.
Arapahoe Basin Ski Area
Park for free in one of our close-in lots all season long, with designated carpool parking spaces in Early Riser lot with three or more people in a vehicle on high volume days. Click here for details.
Breckenridge Ski Resort
Drive up with four or more people in your vehicle and receive 50% off the daily rate at the South Gondola Parking. Also, receive $7.50 off nonpeak days & $12.50 off peak days at the Beaver Run and Stables Lots. Click here for details.

Keystone Resort
Skiers and riders who arrive with four or more people in a car can park in a premier parking section in Keystone’s River Run Free Lot which is a short walk to the River Run Gondola. Carpool parking is limited and first come, first serve. Click here for details.
Town of Vail
Get real-time parking updates at Vail Parking Counts. Parking price also depends on timing and lot location, but parking is free for Vail parking garage entries after 3:00 pm. Click here for details.

Avon has over 200 free parking spaces that grant access to restaurants, shopping, the Eagle River, and the free Riverfront Express Gondola which connects Avon to Beaver Creek Resort during the winter season. Click here for details.
